Common use of Entire License Clause in Contracts

Entire License. Excepting the Software Support Services and Maintenance Agreement between Licensor as Vendor and Licensee as Customer and the Technology Escrow Agreement between the parties hereto, this License contains the entire understanding of the parties and supersedes previous verbal and written agreements between the parties concerning licensing of the Licensed Modules.
