Common use of Entire Understanding; Amendment Clause in Contracts

Entire Understanding; Amendment. This Agreement and the Information Sharing Agreement, together with the confirmation delivered by the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Parties’ counsel on their behalf simultaneously with the execution hereof, contain the entire understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede any and all prior and contemporaneous agreements, memoranda, arrangements and understandings, both written and oral, between the parties, or any of them, with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement and the Information Sharing Agreement. This Agreement may be amended only by an agreement in writing executed by the Company and the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Parties.
