Xxis Agreement contains the entire agreement and understanding between the parties with respect to its subject matter and supersedes all prior agreements, written or oral, with respect thereto; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that nothing herein shall in any way limit the obligation, rights or liabilities of the parties under any written stock option agreement separately entered into by the parties.
