Common use of ENTIRETY OF THE CONTRACT AND AMENDMENTS Clause in Contracts

ENTIRETY OF THE CONTRACT AND AMENDMENTS. These terms and conditions along with the specific conditions explicitly contained and accepted in this Contract including Annexes constitute the entire agreement between the Seller and the Buyer. They supersede all previous communications or agreements, either oral or written, between the Seller and the Buyer with respect to the object of the Contract. Any amendment of the Contract will only be valid if it is agreed in writing by the Parties.
