ENTITIES COVERED BY THIS AGREEMENT. The following provider entities are included as part of this Participation Agreement as subsidiaries or affiliates, in accordance with Exhibit A, Definition v. Each subsidiary or affiliate is individually entitled to the rights and subject to the obligations of the Participation Agreement. Parent Organization represents and warrants that it has legal authority to bind each Subsidiary or Affiliate listed below to the Participation Agreement and that it will provide the CRISP Designated Contact, as set forth on the signature page of the Participation Agreement, with advance written notice of any additions or deletions of Subsidiaries or Affiliates identified below.
