Common use of Entities that Boycott Firearm Entities or Firearm Trade Associations Clause in Contracts

Entities that Boycott Firearm Entities or Firearm Trade Associations. A/E verifies that: (1) it does not, and will not for the duration of the Agreement, have a practice, policy, guidance, or directive that discriminates against a firearm entity or firearm trade association or (2) the verification required by Section 2274.002 of the Texas Government Code (as added by SB 19, Acts of the 87th Legislature, Regular Session, 2021), does not apply to the Agreement. If circumstances relevant to this provision change during the course of the Agreement, A/E shall promptly notify TFC.

If circumstances relevant to this provision change during the course of the AgreementContract, A/E Contractor shall promptly notify TFC.
