Entities that Boycott Israel. Pursuant to Tex. Gov’t. Code § 2270.002, A/E certifies that either (i) it meets an exemption criteria under Tex. Gov’t. Code § 2270.002; or (ii) it does not boycott Israel and will not boycott Israel during the term of this Agreement. A/E shall state any facts that make it exempt from the boycott.
