Entities that Boycott Israel. Pursuant to Texas Government Code § 2270.002, GRANTEE certifies that either (1) it meets one of the exemption criteria under § 2270.002; or (2) it does not boycott Israel and will not boycott Israel during the term of the CONTRACT resulting from this solicitation.
