Entities that Boycott Israel. Pursuant to Section 2270.002 of the Texas Government Code, Contractor certifies that either (i) it meets an exemption criteria under Section 2270.002; or (ii) it does not boycott Israel and will not boycott Israel during the term of the contract resulting from Request for Proposals No. 000-0-00000. Prior to award of this Contract, Contractor shall have stated any facts that make it exempt from the boycott certification in its response to Request for Proposals No. 000-0-00000.
