In contracts worth $100,000 or more in value, if Vendor is a Company as defined by Texas Government Code §808.001 with 10 or more full-time employees, and Vendor is not a sole proprietorship, Vendor represents and warrants that, pursuant to Texas Government Code § 2271.002, Vendor does not boycott Israel and will not boycott Israel during the term of any contract executed with TWC.
