Common use of Entitlement to Scheme Consideration Clause in Contracts

Entitlement to Scheme Consideration. Subject to the terms of this Scheme, on the Implementation Date, in consideration for the transfer of the Scheme Shares to Bidder, each Scheme Shareholder will be entitled to receive the Scheme Consideration in respect of each Scheme Share held by that Scheme Shareholder in accordance with this clause 6 and the Deed Poll.

Entitlement to Scheme Consideration. Subject to the terms of this Scheme, on the Implementation Date, in consideration for the transfer to Bidder of the Scheme Shares to BidderShares, each Scheme Shareholder will be entitled to receive the Scheme Consideration in respect of for each Scheme Share held by that Scheme Shareholder in accordance with this clause 6 and the Deed PollShare.
