ENTRY AND INSPECTION. Tenant shall permit Landlord, or Landlord’s agents, to enter the Premises at reasonable times and upon reasonable (not less than 24 hours) notice for the purpose of inspecting the Premises or showing the same to prospective purchasers, or for making repairs to the Premises pursuant to this Agreement. In the case of emergency, no notice shall be required. If a repair is necessary for which Landlord is responsible under this Agreement, Tenant shall give notice thereof to Landlord in a timely manner.
