Entry for Emergency. If any director, officer, employee or agent of the Mutual or any agent or director of GRF (“Inspection Representative”), and with the approval of the Mutual, the employees of any contractor, utility company, municipal agency or others, determines that an emergency exists in or about the Unit and the Qualifying Resident cannot be immediately contacted to authorize entry to the Unit, then any Inspection Representative is hereby authorized by the Qualifying Resident, without notice, to enter the Unit to remedy the emergency.
