Entry into effect. 2.3.1 Clauses 1 (other than Clause 1.5), 2, 4, 5, 7, 8 and 9 and Conditions 1, 100 and 102 shall come into effect and be binding on the parties immediately upon this Agreement being signed and dated by the parties.
2.3.2 All other Clauses and Conditions shall come into effect and be binding on the parties on the Commencement Date.
Entry into effect. The parties agree that this Contract shall enter into effect on the date of its signature.
Entry into effect. 2.3.1 Clauses 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 9 and 10 and Station Access Conditions 1, 100 and 102 shall come into effect in relation to the Stations and be binding on the parties immediately upon this Agreement being signed and dated by the parties.
2.3.2 All other clauses and Station Access Conditions shall come into effect and be binding on the parties on the Commencement Date.
2.3.3 This agreement may be executed in counterparts, each of which will constitute one and the same document.
Entry into effect. The effects of the MLI on this Agreement shall have effect in Singapore:
(a) with respect to taxes withheld at source, in respect of amounts paid, deemed paid or liable to be paid (whichever is the earliest), on or after 1 January 2020; and
(b) with respect to taxes other than those withheld at source, where the income is derived or received in a basis period beginning on or after 1 October 2019.
Entry into effect. The effects of the MLI on this Convention, as laid out in this Annex, shall have effect in Singapore:
(a) for paragraph 3 of this Annex, on the amendment of Article 26 (Mutual Agreement Procedure), for a case presented on or after 1 July 2019, without regard to the basis period to which the case relates. However, paragraph 3 of this Annex shall not apply to a case that was not eligible to be presented immediately before 1 July 2019;
(b) for paragraph 4 of this Annex on the arbitration provisions, with respect to any tax paid, deemed paid or liable to be paid, before, on or after 1 July 2019;
Entry into effect. 2.1 Clause 1, Clause 2, Clause 6.8 and Clauses 10 to 14 and 16 to 20 inclusive of this Agreement and Part A (Organisation of the Access Conditions and Definitions), Part C (Modifications to the Access Conditions), Part D (Timetable Change), Part F (Vehicle Change) and Part G (Network Change) of the Access Conditions shall take effect and be binding upon the parties immediately upon signature of this Agreement.
2.2 All Clauses of this Agreement and Parts of the Access Conditions other than those listed in Clause 2.1 shall come into effect and be binding upon the parties on the Commencement Date.
Entry into effect. This Memorandum of Understanding will come into effect upon signature thereof by the Participants and will continue in effect until it expires or is terminated.
Entry into effect. This Memorandum of Understanding will enter into effect on 2 December, 2016.
Entry into effect. This Administrative Arrangement will take effect on the date of entry into force of the Agreement and will have the same period of duration.
