Entry into effect. 2.1 Clause 1, Clause 2, Clause 6.8 and Clauses 10 to 14 and 16 to 20 inclusive of this Agreement and Part A (Organisation of the Access Conditions and Definitions), Part C (Modifications to the Access Conditions), Part D (Timetable Change), Part F (Vehicle Change) and Part G (Network Change) of the Access Conditions shall take effect and be binding upon the parties immediately upon signature of this Agreement. 2.2 All Clauses of this Agreement and Parts of the Access Conditions other than those listed in Clause 2.1 shall come into effect and be binding upon the parties on the Commencement Date.
