Common use of Entry into Force of this Agreement Clause in Contracts

Entry into Force of this Agreement. This Agreement shall enter into force upon the later of (a) the signing of this Agreement by each of the Parties to this Agreement and (b) the date that the Compact enters into force as provided in Article 7 of the Compact; provided, however, that the Parties agree that upon signature of this Agreement, and until this Agreement enters into force, the Parties shall provisionally apply the terms of this Agreement.

Entry into Force of this Agreement. This Agreement shall will enter into force upon the later of (a) the signing of this Agreement by each of the Parties to this Agreement and Agreement, or (b) the date that the Compact enters into force as provided in Article 7 of the Compact; provided, however, that the Parties agree that upon signature of this Agreement, and until this Agreement enters into force, the Parties shall will provisionally apply the terms of this Agreement.
