Entry into Force, Term and Miscellaneous Provisions. 8.1 Any written consents, suggestions and designations of Party A involved herein and any other decisions that have a substantial impact on the daily operation of Party B and Party B’s Subsidiaries shall be made by Party A’s board of directors and/or executive director.
