Miscellaneous Benefits Sample Clauses
The "Miscellaneous Benefits" clause outlines additional advantages or services provided to a party that are not covered under the main terms of the agreement. These benefits may include items such as access to company facilities, use of certain resources, or eligibility for special programs, depending on the context of the contract. By specifying these extra perks, the clause ensures that all supplementary entitlements are clearly documented, reducing ambiguity and potential disputes over what is included beyond the primary obligations.
