Miscellaneous Benefits. This Agreement is not intended, and shall not be deemed to be in lieu of any rights, benefits, and privileges to which Employee may be entitled as an Employee of Bank under any retirement, pension, profit sharing, insurance, hospital, bonus, vacation, or other plan or plans which may now be in effect or which may hereafter be adopted by Bank, it being understood that Employee shall have the same rights and privileges to participate in such plans and benefits, as any other employee, during the period of his employment.
Miscellaneous Benefits. Present benefits related to leaves of absence, health and safety, and retirement as outlined by Board Policy pertaining to non-instructional employees and Collective Bargaining agreement will remain in effect during the term of this agreement.
Miscellaneous Benefits. Section 1: The cost of any examinations required by the Board or law shall be paid by the Board.
Section 2: Sixteen (16) days in each even-numbered year and twenty-four (24) days in each odd-numbered year shall be available for released time for teachers to work on legislative matters, including visits to the Indiana General Assembly and related activities which may include meetings with the IPS Legislative Liaison Office. The Association President will identify the individuals to be released under this provision, but no teacher will be released more than four (4) days in any school year under this Section. The Association will continue to work cooperatively with IPS to develop and promote a joint legislative program.
Miscellaneous Benefits. The Executive shall receive such additional benefits, if any, as the Board shall from time to time determine.
Miscellaneous Benefits. The Executive is also entitled to receive any other fringe benefits that Company may from time to time make available generally to its management employees.

Miscellaneous Benefits. Employee shall receive fringe benefits generally applicable to the other TeleTech executive and management employees that are from time to time in effect.
Miscellaneous Benefits. Subject to section 2(d), if the Executive’s employment terminates involuntarily but without Cause or voluntarily but with Good Reason within 24 months after a Change in Control –
(1) Cortland Bancorp shall for three years after termination pay or cause to be paid the Executive’s initiation and membership assessments and dues in a civic or social club of the Executive’s choice. The Executive shall be solely responsible for personal expenses for use of the club,
(2) Cortland Bancorp shall for three years after termination and at no cost to the Executive provide or cause to be provided to the Executive financial planning services, including, but not limited to, tax preparation and financial planning having to do with receipt of benefits under this Agreement,
(3) Cortland Bancorp shall for one year after termination and at no cost to the Executive provide or cause to be provided to the Executive reasonable outplacement services, including, but not limited to, employment counseling, resume services, and executive placement services.
Miscellaneous Benefits. Executive will be entitled to participate in such hospitalization, life insurance, and other employee benefit plans and programs, if any, as may be adopted by FirstMerit from time to time, in accordance with the provisions of such plans and programs and on the same basis as other full-time salaried employees of FirstMerit who participate in such employee benefit plans (except to the extent that the benefits provided under any of such plans or programs are expressly offset by any of the benefits provided under or pursuant to this Agreement).
