Entry into Force, Termination and Amendments. (1) Each Party shall notify the other Party through diplomatic channels of the completion of the internal legal procedures necessary for the entry into force of this Implementing Protocol. The Party who receives the last notification shall notify the Readmission Committee of the conclusion of the Implementing Protocol. This Implementing Protocol shall enter into force on the date when the Readmission Committee has received the notification.
