Entry into of Transactions. 7.1 Price quotes (a) PKF Capital quotes prices and rates (b) PKF Capital is price maker (i) PKF Capital acts under this Agreement as a price maker; (ii) PKF Capital, by way of the relevant Trading Platform or otherwise, sets the applicable price or rate at which it is prepared to enter into Transactions and otherwise deal with the Client; and (iii) accordingly, by reason of PKF Capital’s Preferred Side, prices and rates that may be quoted and/or traded upon from time to time by other price and/or market makers or third parties do not apply to Transactions and dealings between PKF Capital and the Client.
