Common use of Entry of Lessor Clause in Contracts

Entry of Lessor. Lessee shall permit Lessor and the agents of the Lessor to enter upon said leased premises with 24 hours’ prior notice, at all reasonable times to examine the condition thereof and the conditions of Lessee's occupancy or to make such repairs, additions, or alterations therein as Lessor may deem necessary, or to examine the same.
