Owner or anyone allowed by Owner, including but not limited to a licensed exterminator for the purpose of pest control, may enter the Premises during the hours of 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday, after giving Resident forty-eight (48) hours advance notice.
