Common use of Entry to Consent to Assignment Clause in Contracts

Entry to Consent to Assignment. Buyer agrees, at Seller’s sole cost and expense, to execute such consents to assignment, estoppel certificate or acknowledgements as may be reasonably requested by Seller and/or Lender in connection with the financing or sale of the Distributed Generation Resources, pursuant to this Section 10.2 and which do not change or alter any material term of this Agreement, provided that such assignment satisfies the provisions of Section 10.2.

Entry to Consent to Assignment. Buyer agrees, at Seller’s sole cost and expense, to execute such consents to assignment, estoppel certificate or acknowledgements as may be reasonably requested by Seller and/or Lender in connection with the financing or sale of the Distributed Generation Resources, pursuant to Section 10.1 of this Agreement, or pursuant to this Section 10.2 and which do not change or alter any material term of this Agreement, provided that such assignment satisfies the provisions of Section 10.210.1 or Section 10.2 as applicable.
