Amendments to Contract a. Except as provided in condition 31 all amendments to this Contract shall be serially numbered, in writing, issued only by the Authority's Representative (Commercial), and agreed by both Parties.
b. Where the Authority or the Contractor wishes to introduce a change which is not minor or which is likely to involve a change to the Contract Price, the provisions of Schedule 4 (Contract Change Control Procedure) shall apply. The Contractor shall not carry out any work until any necessary change to the Contract Price has been agreed and a written amendment in accordance with clause 6.a above has been issued.
Amendments to Contract. 6.1 In addition to the provisions of DEFCON 503 (Amendments to Contract), nothing said, done or written by any person, nor anything omitted to be said, done or written by any person, including, but without limitation, any servant or agent of the Authority, shall in any way affect the rights of the Authority, or modify, affect, reduce or extinguish the obligations and liabilities of the Contractor under the Contract, or be deemed to be a waiver of the rights of the Authority, unless stated in writing and signed by the Authority’s duly authorised representative named at Box 1 of the Appendix to Contract.
Amendments to Contract. Any amendments to this contract shall be negotiated in accordance with the provisions of this Article.
Amendments to Contract. This Contract contains all the agreements by You and Lessor and merges and supersedes all other oral and written communications related to this Contract to include, but not limited to, all marketing and advertising presentations or material, all reservation communications and documents, all service, repairs, and road assistance materials and communications. No provisions of this Contract may be waived or modified orally or in writing by any employee or agent of Lessor except by a written instrument signed by the President or a Vice President of Lessor.
Amendments to Contract. Any and all matters and questions not specifically covered by
Amendments to Contract. We can change these standard electricity terms and conditions without your consent from time to time in accordance with the Electricity Industry Xxx 0000 (WA). If these terms change and those changes are approved by the Economic Regulation Authority, then your contract will be taken to be amended to reflect those changes. Any changes to the terms and conditions will be published as required by the Economic Regulation Authority.
Amendments to Contract. If the total price for all executed work is increased as a result of adding additional work, the Contractor shall ensure that at least @ (@%) percent of the total value of the Contract, as amended, shall be performed by King County Certified firms over the life of this Agreement.
Amendments to Contract. With the exception of the addition of a new Party pursuant to the provisions of Section 3.10 of this Contract, this Contract may be amended or an alternative form of this Contract adopted only upon written amendment approved by all Parties.
Amendments to Contract. The parties acknowledge and agree that, in light of a dwelling being erected on the Land in accordance with special condition 48 above prior to Completion, the following clauses of the Contract are deleted:
(a) clause 5;
(b) clause 7;
(c) clause 10;
(d) clause 11; and
(e) clause 39.
Amendments to Contract. It is recognized that subsequent written amendments to the agreement may be necessary; such amendments will require mutual agreement of the parties.
