Common use of Entry Clause in Contracts

Entry. Enter into possession of the Property, lease the Improvements, collect all Rents and Profits and, after deducting all costs of collection and administration expenses, apply the remaining Rents and Profits in such order and amounts as Lender, in Lender’s sole discretion, may elect to the payment of Impositions, operating costs, costs of maintenance, restoration and repairs, Premiums and other charges, including, but not limited to, costs of leasing the Property and fees and costs of counsel and receivers, and in reduction of the Secured Indebtedness; and/or

Entry. Enter into possession of the Property, lease the Improvements, collect all Rents and Profits and, after deducting all costs of collection and administration expenses, apply the remaining Rents and Profits in such order and amounts as Lender, in Lender’s 's sole discretion, may elect to the payment of Impositions, operating costs, costs of maintenance, restoration and repairs, Premiums and other charges, including, but not limited to, costs of leasing the Property and fees and costs of counsel and receivers, and in reduction of the Secured Indebtedness; and/or

Entry. Enter into possession of the Property, lease the Improvements, collect all Rents and Profits and, after deducting all costs of collection and administration expenses, apply the remaining Rents and Profits in such order and amounts as LenderBeneficiary, in LenderBeneficiary’s sole discretion, may elect to the payment of Impositions, operating costs, costs of maintenance, restoration and repairs, Premiums and other charges, including, but not limited to, costs of leasing the Property and fees and costs of counsel and receivers, and in reduction of the Secured Indebtedness; and/or

Entry. Enter into possession of the Property, lease the Improvements, collect all Rents and Profits and, after deducting all costs of collection and administration expenses, apply the remaining Rents and Profits in such order and amounts as LenderBeneficiary, in Lender’s Beneficiary's sole discretion, may elect to the payment of Impositions, operating costs, costs of maintenance, restoration and repairs, Premiums and other charges, including, but not limited to, costs of leasing the Property and fees and costs of counsel and receivers, and in reduction of the Secured Indebtedness; and/or

Entry. Enter into possession of the Property, lease the Improvements, collect all Rents and Profits and, after deducting all costs of collection and administration expenses, apply the remaining Rents and Profits in such order and amounts as LenderMortgagee, in LenderMortgagee’s sole discretion, may elect to the payment of Impositions, operating costs, costs of maintenance, restoration and repairs, Premiums and other charges, including, but not limited to, costs of leasing the Property and fees and costs of counsel and receivers, and in reduction of the Secured Indebtedness; and/or

Entry. Enter into possession of the Property, lease the Improvements, collect all Rents and Profits and, after deducting all costs of collection and administration expenses, apply the remaining Rents and Profits in such order and amounts as LenderGrantee, in Lender’s Grantee's sole discretion, may elect to the payment of Impositions, operating costs, costs of maintenance, restoration and repairs, Premiums and other charges, including, but not limited to, costs of leasing the Property and fees and costs of counsel and receivers, and in reduction of the Secured Indebtedness; and/or

Entry. Enter into possession of the Property, lease the Improvements, collect all Rents and Profits and, after deducting all costs of collection and administration expenses, apply the remaining Rents and Profits in such order and amounts as LenderMortgagee, in LenderMortgagee’s sole discretion, may elect to the payment of Impositions, operating costs, costs of maintenance, restoration and repairs, Premiums and other charges, including, but not limited to, costs of leasing the Property and fees and costs of counsel and receivers, and in reduction of the Secured Indebtedness; and/or;

Entry. Enter into possession of the Property, lease the Improvements, collect all Rents and Profits and, after deducting all costs of collection and administration expenses, apply the remaining Rents and Profits in such order and amounts as LenderBeneficiary, in LenderBeneficiary’s sole discretion, may elect to the payment of Impositions, operating costs, costs of maintenance, restoration and repairs, Premiums and other charges, including, but not limited to, costs of leasing the Property and fees and costs of counsel and receivers, and in reduction of the Secured IndebtednessGuaranteed Obligations; and/or

Entry. Enter into possession of the Property, lease the Improvements, ----- collect all Rents and Profits and, after deducting all costs of collection and administration expenses, apply the remaining Rents and Profits in such order and amounts as LenderMortgagee, in Lender’s Mortgagee's sole discretion, may elect to the payment of Impositions, operating costs, costs of maintenance, restoration and repairs, Premiums and other charges, including, but not limited to, costs of leasing the Property and fees and costs of counsel and receivers, and in reduction of the Secured Indebtedness; and/or

Entry. Enter into possession of the Property, lease the Improvements, collect all Rents and Profits and, after deducting all costs of collection and administration expenses, apply the remaining Rents and Profits in such order and amounts as LenderMortgagee, in LenderMortgagee’s sole discretion, may elect to the payment of Impositions, operating costs, costs of maintenance, restoration and repairs, Premiums insurance premiums and other charges, including, but not limited to, costs of leasing the Property and fees and costs of counsel and receivers, and in reduction of the Secured IndebtednessObligations; and/or

Entry. Enter into possession of the Property, lease the Improvements, collect all Rents and Profits and, after deducting all costs of collection and administration expenses, apply the remaining Rents and Profits in such order and amounts as Lender, in Lender’s sole discretion, may elect to the payment of Impositions, operating costs, costs of maintenance, restoration and repairs, Premiums and other charges, including, but not limited to, costs of leasing the Property and fees and costs of counsel and receivers, and in reduction of the Secured IndebtednessGuaranteed Obligations; and/or

Entry. Enter into possession of the Property, lease the Improvements, collect all Rents and Profits and, after deducting all costs of collection and administration expenses, apply the remaining Rents and Profits in such order and amounts as LenderBeneficiary, in LenderBeneficiary’s sole discretion, may elect to the payment of Impositions, operating costs, costs of maintenance, restoration and repairs, Premiums and other charges, including, but not limited to, costs of leasing the Property and fees and costs of counsel and receivers, receivers and in reduction of the Secured Indebtedness; and/or

Entry. Enter Lender may enter into possession of the PropertyProperties, lease the Improvements, collect all Rents and Profits and, after deducting all costs of collection and administration expenses, apply the remaining Rents and Profits in such order and amounts as Lender, in Lender’s 's sole discretion, may elect to the payment of Impositions, operating costs, costs of maintenance, restoration and repairs, Premiums and other charges, including, but not limited to, costs of leasing the Property Properties and fees and costs of counsel and receivers, and in reduction of the Aggregate Secured Indebtedness; and/or.

Entry. Enter into possession of the Property, lease the Improvementssame, collect all Rents and Profits therefrom, and, after deducting all costs of collection and administration expenses, apply the remaining Rents and Profits in such order and amounts as LenderBeneficiary, in Lender’s Beneficiary's sole discretion, may elect to the payment of Impositions, operating costs, costs of maintenance, restoration and repairs, Premiums and other charges, charges (including, but not limited to, costs of leasing the Property and fees and costs of counsel and receivers) and to the maintenance, repair, and restoration of the Property, or on account and in reduction of the Secured Indebtedness; and/or

Entry. Enter into possession of the Property, lease the Improvements, ----- collect all Rents and Profits and, after deducting all costs of collection and administration expenses, apply the remaining Rents and Profits in such order and amounts as LenderBeneficiary, in Lender’s Beneficiary's sole discretion, may elect to the payment of Impositionsreal estate taxes, operating costs, costs of maintenance, restoration and repairs, Premiums and other charges, including, but not limited to, costs of leasing the Property and fees and costs of counsel and receivers, and in reduction of the Secured Indebtedness; and/or
