Rights of entry. The landlord shall enter the premises only: › with the tenant’s consent at the time of entryin an emergency › for necessary maintenance or repairs, compliance or preparation for compliance with any requirements regarding smoke alarms or insulation, from 8 am to 7 pm, after 24 hours’ notice › for an inspection of the property or work done by the tenant, from 8 am to 7 pm after 48 hours’ notice › with the tenant’s prior consent, to show the premises to prospective tenants, purchasers, registered valuer or real estate agent doing an appraisal, or other expert engaged in appraising the premises. › Consent may not be unreasonably withheld but reasonable conditions may be imposed.

Rights of entry. In exercising any rights involving entry to the Premises: (a) except in an emergency or when it would not be reasonable or practicable to do so, to give reasonable notice and to enter at reasonable times; (b) to cause as little damage to the Premises as is reasonably practicable and, except where the entry was necessary in consequence of a breach by the Tenant of its covenants under this Lease, to make good that damage; and (c) to cause as little inconvenience to the occupation and use of the Premises by the Tenant as is reasonably practicable.

Rights of entry. 13.1 The Company reserves the right at any time to board the boat to inspect it (including but not limited to where You have complained about the boat). If this happens, the Company will try to give You reasonable notice first. You agree to allow the Company or their representative(s) or contractor(s) immediate access to the boat at any time.

Rights of entry. Tenant will have the right to enter the Premises at any time, but outside of Business Hours Tenant will be required to furnish proper and verifiable identification. Landlord will have the right to enter the Premises after Business Hours to perform janitorial services, at all reasonable hours to clean windows and also at any time during the last three months of the Term, with reasonable prior notice to Tenant, to show the Premises to prospective tenants.
