Common use of Entry Clause in Contracts

Entry. A. The LESSEE agrees that at reasonable times prior to the termination of this Lease, the LESSOR or its agent may enter the premises for the purpose of inspection, cleaning, remodeling or repairs or to show the same to prospective new tenants or buyers. Repairs by LESSOR shall be made within a reasonable time, and LESSEE acknowledges and agrees that repairs could be slow at the beginning of the term and during severe conditions.
