Enurement and Assignment. 11.1 The provisions of this Debenture will be binding upon the Debtor and its successors and will enure to the benefit of the Agent and each Lender and their respective successors and assigns. Subject to the terms of the Credit Documents, the Debtor will not assign this Debenture without the Agent’s prior written consent.
