Environment and Sustainability. 31.1 In performing its obligations under the Contract, the Supplier shall, to the reasonable satisfaction of the Buyer: 31.1.1 meet, in all material respects, the requirements of all applicable Laws regarding the environment; and 31.1.2 comply with its obligations under the Buyer's current environmental policy, which the Buyer must provide, and make Supplier Staff aware of such policy.
