ENVIRONMENT, SAFETY AND HEALTH PROTECTION. (a) Worker Safety and Health Plans. Seller shall perform work in accordance with a DOE-approved Worker Safety and Health Program (WSHP) (also referred to in DEAR 970.5223-1 as the Safety Management Plan) as described below: (1) Seller shall demonstrate well-established safety protocols applicable to the scope of work and consistent with the required elements stated in this clause. Prior to the commencement of any work, the Seller shall either: (A) Accept and agree to work pursuant to Company’s DOE-approved WSHP available at Company's Contracts web site xxxx://xxx.xxxx.xxx/adm/contracts/ornl_851wsh.htm. (i) Seller shall submit to the Company and obtain approval: (a) A hazard analysis (HA) of the affected work. Such analyses must: 1. Identify foreseeable hazards and planned protective measures;
