Common use of Environmental Audits and Assessments Clause in Contracts

Environmental Audits and Assessments. as soon as practicable following receipt thereof by a Principal Obligor, copies of all environmental audits and assessments, whether prepared by personnel of an Obligor or by independent consultants (except to the extent protected by the "attorney work product" privilege or similar privilege expressly granted by statute with respect to the work product of environmental consultants), with respect to material environmental matters at any Facility or which relate to an Environmental Claim which could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect;
