Environmental Consents Sample Clauses

The Environmental Consents clause sets out the requirements for obtaining and maintaining all necessary environmental permits, approvals, or licenses relevant to a project or activity. It typically obligates one or both parties to secure these consents before commencing work and to comply with all related legal and regulatory obligations throughout the contract term. This clause ensures that the project operates within the bounds of environmental law, thereby reducing the risk of legal penalties, project delays, or environmental harm due to non-compliance.
