Trade Unions. 13.2.1 No Group Company has an agreement or arrangement with, nor does it recognise a trade union, works council, staff association or other body representing any of its employees.
13.2.2 No Group Company is involved in, and no fact or circumstance exists which might give rise to, a dispute with a trade union, works council, staff association or other body representing any of its employees.
Trade Unions. ▪ For as long as the provisions of this collective agreement are in force, the trade unions will not take industrial actions or strike with the aim of amending the collective agreement: - at a member of the employers’ association; - at a subcontractor insofar as this subcontractor carries out construction/infrastructure activities for a member of the employers’ association. ▪ The trade unions will not provide support to employers and employees who take such industrial actions or who go on strike. ▪ Industrial action or a strike at a member of the employers’ association or a subcontractor is permitted if: - a subcontractor does not comply with the provisions of this collective agreement, and - the main contractor fails to demand that the subcontractor comply with the provisions of the collective agreement or fails to immediately terminate the subcontracting agreement with this subcontractor. ▪ In the event that industrial action or a strike would be permitted and as long as this only concerns one line of business or one company, an attempt will first be made to find a solution through consultation between the parties to the collective agreement.
Trade Unions. Full and complete details of all recognised trade unions and all collective bargaining or procedural or other agreements or arrangements in existence relating or relevant to any of the employees of the Company and of the current state of any negotiations with any trade union staff association or other organisation formed for a similar purpose which might affect the terms and conditions of employment of any employees are set out in the Schedules.
Trade Unions a. Subject to the FWC making a note of such coverage upon the approval of this Agreement, this Agreement covers the following registered organisations (hereafter referred to as trade unions):
i. the Shop, Distributive and Allied Employees’ Association (SDA).
ii. the Australian Workers’ Union (Queensland Branch) (AWU) in relation to its coverage of North Queensland.
iii. in respect of meat departments, the SDA, the AWU and the Australasian Meat Industry Employees’ Union (AMIEU).
Trade Unions. 27.5.1 The Group has no agreement or arrangement with and does not recognise a trade union, works council, staff association or other body representing any of its Employees.
27.5.2 The Group is not involved in, and no fact or circumstance exists which might give rise to, a dispute with a trade union, works council, staff association or other body representing any of its Employees.
27.5.3 The Group has not received any formal request under the Information and Consultation of Employees Regulations 2004.
27.5.4 No collective agreements affect any Employee’s terms and conditions of employment.
Trade Unions. If a trade union, or unions, prevents Seller from performing the above work, the Purchaser will make all required arrangements with the trade union, or unions, to permit Seller completion of said work. Moreover, any additional costs related to such any such arrangements or labor disputes will be paid by the Purchaser and Seller's obligations under such circumstances will be limited to providing engineering supervision of installation and connection of Seller equipment to existing wiring.
Trade Unions. Save as disclosed, the Target Companies do not recognise to any extent any trade union or other body representing the Employees or any of them for the purpose of collective bargaining or other negotiating purposes.
Trade Unions. The Group is not involved in, and the Seller is not Aware of a fact or circumstance, or demand from any employee, trade union or association of employees for any alterations to the terms of their employment including demands for increased remuneration which will give rise to, a dispute of any nature whatsoever with a trade union, works council, workplace forum, employee or staff association or other body representing any of its employees.
Trade Unions. There are no recognition, procedural or other arrangements with Trade Unions which relate to any of the Employees or former Employees, there are no outstanding applications for Trade Union recognition or derecognition relating to any of such Employees or former Employees and there is no staff association, works council or similar employee body or employee representatives relating to any of such Employees or former Employees.
Trade Unions. 14.1 You have the right to join a trade union. There are no collective agreements relevant to this agreement.
