Common use of Environmental Consultant’s Subconsultants Clause in Contracts

Environmental Consultant’s Subconsultants. The Environmental Consultant may engage Subconsultants, if required, which have been approved by the School District, to perform environmental consulting and other services required of the Environmental Consultant under this Contract, on-time and on-budget, and shall require each of its Subconsultants to place his or her name, seal, and signature on any surveys or drawings prepared by him or her. The Environmental Consultant shall not employ, contract with, or use the services of any person or firm, as a subconsultant or otherwise, without the prior written approval of the School District, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.
