Common use of Environmental Control Clause in Contracts

Environmental Control. Where envi- ronmental conditions could reasonably be expected to have an adverse effect on product quality, the manufacturer shall establish and maintain proce- dures to adequately control these envi- ronmental conditions. Environmental control system(s) shall be periodically inspected to verify that the system, in- cluding necessary equipment, is xxx- xxxxx and functioning properly. These activities shall be documented and re- viewed.
