Environmental Coordination Clause Samples
The Environmental Coordination clause establishes the responsibilities and procedures for managing environmental matters related to a project or agreement. It typically outlines how parties will communicate, share information, and cooperate to ensure compliance with environmental laws and regulations, such as coordinating site assessments or remediation activities. This clause helps prevent misunderstandings and ensures that all parties work together efficiently to address environmental issues, thereby reducing the risk of non-compliance and associated liabilities.
Environmental Coordination. CenturyTel and RACC shall coordinate plans or information required to be submitted to government agencies, such as, by way of example only, emergency response plans and chemical inventory reporting. For fees associated with such filings, CenturyTel and RACC must develop a cost sharing procedure.
Environmental Coordination. Hg Consult, as a subconsultant to ▇▇▇▇▇▇, will develop a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP), including erosion control plans and details. Upon Client review, the SWPPP and NOI shall be submitted to the Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE) for review. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ will incorporate comments from the review agency. Environmental Coordination. GPI will prepare all environmental documentation required for project permitting. This will include plan preparation and filing of the Notice of Intent with the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Conservation Commission, and submittal of the PGP Category I form to the Army Corps of Engineers. It is anticipated that the environmental coordination will be conducted prior to or during the preparation of the Final Design Plans. It is assumed that wetlands limits shown on the preliminary plans by ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Associates are accurately depicted and are sufficient for the filing of the Notice of Intent. It is also assumed that minimal wetlands disturbance (less than 5,000 sf) will occur during construction, and that only a PGP Form 1 will be required. No other environmental permitting is anticipated.
Environmental Coordination. The CMF shall assist in the identification, planning, and scheduling of all environmental work activities as stipulated in the Construction Management Plan. The CM will coordinate with environmental monitors and coordinators in an effort to meet specified mitigation requirements and to minimize the impact of mitigation measures on the construction cost and schedule.
Environmental Coordination. Garver will develop a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP), including erosion control plans and details.
