ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT EVALUATION. The Sponsor shall evaluate the potential environmental impact of this project per FAA Order 5050.4B, entitled “National Environmental Policy Act Implementing Instructions for Airport Actions.” Evaluation must include coordination with all resource agencies that have jurisdiction over areas of potential environmental impact and a recommended finding such as categorical exclusion, no significant impact, level of impact and proposed mitigation, etc.
