Common use of Environmental Justice Clause in Contracts

Environmental Justice. (1) The Recipient agrees to comply with the policies of Executive Order No. 12898, "Federal Actions to Address Environmental Justice in Minority Populations and Low Income Populations," 42 U.S.C. § 4321 note, except to the extent that the Federal Government determines otherwise in writing.
