Environmental Justice. Except as the Federal Government determines otherwise in writing, the Contractor agrees to promote environmental justice by following: Executive Order No. 12898, Federal Actions to Address Environmental Justice in Minority Populations and Low-Income Populations, February 11, 1994, 42 USC § 4321 note, as well as facilitating compliance with that Executive Order; and
