Common use of Environmental Notices Clause in Contracts

Environmental Notices. As soon as possible and in any event within ten (10) days after receipt by the Company, deliver to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders a copy of (i) any notice or claim to the effect that the Company or any of its Subsidiaries is or may be liable to any Person as a result of the Release by the Company, any of its Subsidiaries, or any other Person of any Contaminant into the environment, and (ii) any notice alleging any violation of any Environmental, Health or Safety Requirements of Law by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries if, in either case, such notice or claim relates to an event which could reasonably be expected to subject the Company and its Subsidiaries to liability individually or in the aggregate in excess of $5,000,000.

Environmental Notices. As soon as possible and in any event within ten fifteen (1015) days after receipt by the Company, deliver to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders a copy of (i) any notice or claim to the effect that the Company or any of its Subsidiaries is or may be liable to any Person as a result of the Release by the Company, any of its Subsidiaries, or any other Person of any Contaminant into the environment, and (ii) any notice alleging any violation of any Environmental, Health or Safety Requirements of Law by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries if, in either case, such notice or claim relates to an event which could reasonably be expected to subject the Company and each of its Subsidiaries to liability individually or in the aggregate in excess of $5,000,00010,000,000.
