Environmental Performance Commitments. Subrecipient agrees to implement the Lower Manhattan environmental performance commitments set forth in Exhibit A-9, attached hereto. Subrecipient will identify the specific measures implemented and may include additional commitments and specific measures as part of the project-specific governmental entities coordination plan, construction environment plan, design documents, and contracts. Environmental Performance Commitments are reported in Exhibit A-5 (Monthly Progress Report).
