Common use of Environmental Permits and Licenses Clause in Contracts

Environmental Permits and Licenses. Except as disclosed on Schedule 3.19, to the knowledge of the Borrower after reasonable investigation, all permits, licenses and approvals required under Environmental Laws necessary for the Borrower to own or operate the Facilities and to conduct its business as now conducted or proposed to be conducted, have been obtained and are in full force and effect, the failure of which would cause a Material Adverse Effect.
