Common use of Environments Clause in Contracts

Environments. Kineo shall not provide any Services levels to UAT environments a) Kineo shall provide the Customer with one Production environment and one UAT environment as standard. Customer’s UAT site and usage is included under the Managed Services Fee. b) The UAT environment will be used to facilitate Upgrades, Bolt-On / Plug-ins development and bug fixing and testing configurations before moving these to production. c) The Customer shall not use any UAT environment for any live User data, or production activity. d) Kineo shall provide the Customer with Sandbox sites on an as-needed basis; Sandbox sites shall not be available to the Customer on a continuous basis. If the production data needs to be transferred to a UAT environment for the Customer to sign-off a fix this shall only be performed upon the written confirmation of the Customer. Kineo shall exclude data that is not related to the fix being applied
