Common use of EPA Resources Clause in Contracts

EPA Resources. EPA shall take all necessary steps and make effort s to obtain timely funding to meet its obligations under this Agreement. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, in the event that EPA determines that sufficient funds have not been appropriated to meet any post fiscal year 1991 commitments established by this Agreement, EPA may terminate this Agreement by written notice to DOE and SCDHEC.
