EPSDT AND MIGRANT SERVICES PROGRAM. The INSURER will implement a program that addresses EPSDT screening and Migrant services indicators for preventive diagnostic tests according to age in all areas/regions and shall notify the ADMINISTRATION on a monthly basis all findings of said program. INSURER assures the compliance with Section 1905(r) of the Social Security Act and the applicable protocols adopted by the Department of Health for the implementation of these Programs.
