EPSDT Early and Periodic Screening, Diagnosis and Treatment. The Contractor shall provide all Members under the age of twenty-one (21) years, except those eligible pursuant to 907 KAR 4:030, EPSDT services in compliance with the terms of this Contract and policy statements issued during the term of this Contract by the Department or CMS.
