In addition to the foregoing, when undertaking “construction” as recognized by the DOL, the Contractor agrees to comply, and assures the compliance of each subcontractor, with: DOL regulations, Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs, Equal Employment Opportunity, Department of Labor, 41 CFR chapter 60; and Executive Order No. 11246, Equal Employment Opportunity, as amended by Executive Order Nos. 11375 and 13672, 42 USC § 2000e note; and Notice of Requirement for Affirmative Action to Ensure Equal Employment Opportunity (Executive Order 11246) The Contractor's attention is called to the “Equal Opportunity Clause” and the “Standard Federal Equal Employment Specifications” set forth herein.
