EQUAL OPPORTUNITY CLAUSE. The Contractor herein agrees not to discriminate in its recruiting, hiring, promotion, demotion or termination practices on the basis of race, religious creed, color, national origin, ancestry, sex, age or physical handicap in the performance of this Construction Services Agreement and to comply with the provisions of the following laws:
