EQUAL HOUSING OPPORTUNITY. Without limitation of any provision set forth herein, Owner and Manager expressly agree to abide by any and all applicable Federal and/or State equal housing opportunity statutes, rules and regulations, all as may be from time to time modified or amended.
EQUAL HOUSING OPPORTUNITY. Both Agent and Owner agree to abide by all Fair Housing Laws. If Owner should at any time request Agent to disregard Fair Housing Laws and/or State or Local Landlord/Tenant Laws, this contract will be terminated immediately, and the management fees for the balance of this contract or $300.00, whichever is greater will be due upon termination.

Broker and Owner shall comply with all federal, state and local fair housing laws and regulations, 28. including, but not limited to, non-discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, national origin, sexual 29. orientation, or gender identity.

If the Tenant has reason to believe that he/she has been discriminated against on the basis of age, race, color, creed, religion, sex, handicap, national origin or familial status, the Tenant may file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (“HUD”). EQUAL HOUSING OPPORTUNITY. Landlord shall conduct all rental activities in regard to this agreement without respect to the race, color, religion, sex, national origin, handicap or familial status of any Sub-tenant.
EQUAL HOUSING OPPORTUNITY. Seller and Listing Broker both acknowledge that it is illegal for either the owner of the property or the Listing Broker to refuse to display or sell to any person because of one’s membership in a protected class, e.g., race, color, religion, national origin, sex, ancestry, age, marital status, physical or mental handicap, familial status or any other class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
EQUAL HOUSING OPPORTUNITY. Pursuant to the Fair Housing Act, Declarant, the SCHA, and the Town shall not discriminate on the basis of race, creed, color, sex, national origin, familial status or disability in the lease, sale, use or occupancy of the Property.
