Equipment and Material Supply. As a result from supplier’s execution failure due to force majeure, Xxxx-Xxxxx is entitled to demand the delivery of tools or other equipment, unfinished materials and/or raw materials required to manufacture the final products, be free from the contractual obligations of this contract and to take all necessary actions to guarantee the production, namely the purchasing of material from another sources.
